These Pull-N-Save Member Rewards™ Terms of Use (“Member TOU”) govern your use of the text messaging information and marketing program (“the Program”) provided by Pull-N-Save (“the Company”). Please read this Member TOU carefully.

By opting into the Program, you agree to this Member TOU, the Company’s online PRIVACY POLICY and the Company’s overall TERMS OF USE, as amended from time to time (collectively, the “Terms”). Before opting into the Program, please read the Terms carefully. Your access to, and use of, the Program represents your agreement to these Member TOU. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, INCLUDING CHANGES THERETO, DO NOT ACCESS, SUBSCRIBE OR USE THE PROGRAM.

The Company’s Program is a rewards and marketing program that sends its users updates on rewards points, as well as, but not limited to, sales and special offers. This information is delivered directly to users’ mobile phones, via SMS and/or MMS and/or email. As a Program member, you may receive special offers, insider news, access to in-store events (where applicable), among other brand-specific communications.


Mobile Messaging Terms


When you opt into our service with your mobile number, you are expressly agreeing that the Company may send text messages (including SMS and MMS) to that phone number. You also agree to pay the charges to your wireless bill or to have them deducted from your prepaid balance for this service. You acknowledge that you are thirteen years of age or older and you have the consent of the wireless account holder. The Company may send recurring auto marketing mobile messages per month. The number of Account Updates & Information messages you receive will depend on your activity with the brand and is at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company, unless you opt-out.

Membership in the Program requires a Pull-N-Save Member Rewards™ account provided by Pull-N-Save. A participant may sign up for a rewards account at http://www.pullnsave-clone.mystagingwebsite.com/rewards or by following the link sent to his/her phone.

Signing up for the Pull-N-Save Member Rewards™ program and opting-in to receive text messages and/or emails allow the participant to receive texts and/or emails with sales, events, and promotional offers.

To opt in, text DEALS to 72787. The participant will then receive a text from 72787 prompting him/her to reply. Reply with the appropriate confirmation to specify the messages you wish you receive and confirm that you agree to the Mobile TOU. Message and data rates may apply.
