Loss Prevention Specialist – Bilingual

We are seeking a Loss Prevention Associates to join our team! You will be responsible for implementing procedures and systems to prevent merchandise loss.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor customers leaving to detect and locate suspected shoplifters

• Safely recover assets

• Identify issues of operational errors and policy violations

• Inspect all tool boxes, purses and backpacks

• Inspect & catalog all returns including cores

• Ensure that all discounts and price adjustments are accurate

• Log all exit and return activity

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in surveillance, loss prevention, or other related fields

• Familiarity with auto & truck parts

• Strong attention to detail

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• Verbally bi-lingual in both English & Spanish

We are open 7 days a week including holidays. You will be working 4- ten hour shifts per week. We rotate our LP personal between all 4 sites, our goal is that you never work the same site more than twice in a week.
